Men’s Squad at Royal Liverpool Golf Club

On Sunday the Men’s squad had the privilege of having a day at RLGC. While the rain stayed away Mother Nature turned to a ‘2 Club’ wind to keep all the players on their toes. For a change they played an individual format following a series of match play sessions at Wallasey over the winter.

Coming out on top was the team captain, Jon Beesley, closely followed by Aaron Mohun, Sam Prince and Lucus Kuiper. Worth noting that both Aaron & Lucus still qualify for the Boy’s team.

Our thanks go to all the clubs the clubs and facilities that have welcomed and assisted the various county teams over the winter months and especially RLGC, were we will be back for the County Championship in June.

The Men’s next match is a ‘friendly’ fixture at Sandiway on Sunday 7 April before the first Northern League match away to Lancashire at Hillside in May.
