Sustainability is one of the biggest issues surrounding golf clubs today. The Cheshire Union are delighted to announce that on Tuesday 23rd April 2024, The Tytherington Club will be a Sustainability Conference.
This event is open to all our Cheshire affiliated clubs to attend. The day will be led by Owen James, England Golf’s Sustainability Manager, along with other guest speakers in this field, from the R&A, BIGGA and others.
Initially, each club will be allowed two attendees, ideally these being a member of your club’s green staff, your Chair of Greens or the secretary/general manager.
We hope you will be able to join us on what promises to be a very exciting and informative day.
Tea and coffee will be provided as will a buffet-style lunch. Arrive at 9.30am for a 10am start. and finish around lunchtime.
