Proposed Unification of The Cheshire Union of Golf Clubs Limited (“the Union”)
and The Cheshire County Ladies Golf Association Limited (“the Association”)
The EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of the Cheshire Union of Golf Clubs Limited will be held at Sandiway Golf Club on Monday 23rd September 2024 starting promptly at 2.00pm.
It is convened to approve the Unification of the Men’s and Ladies into a new company, Cheshire Golf Limited and the associated Articles of Association.
At the EGM, all affiliated Clubs will be entitled to one Vote by their Nominated Voting Member who should be available at the meeting. However, any affiliated Club member may attend the EGM. If the voting member cannot attend the meeting, the Club may place a proxy vote to be used in accordance with their wishes.
